I am writing this review based on my initial experiences and have not used the cycle much as I was travelling. Packaging and Delivery was good and on time. Installation was quick and Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.By the first looks, the cycle looks study, stylish and impressive. It’s smooth to ride and change of gears is smooth as well except from Geer 4 to 5 in my case (will be reaching out to cult sport). The seat is not that comfortable and I believe it will be difficult for long rides.3 months subscription to the cultsport app is impressive. Got a call from dietician Anujitha. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She enquired about my current health condition and suggested a diet plan. She also followed up to check if the diet plan is visible in the app.Vishal has been helpful and patient. Session was indeed good. Provided insights into fitness.Will update my comment as I explore more.

I recently purchased this cycle, and based on my initial use, it performs well.I bought this cycle a few days and its performance is good in my initial experience.Delivery and packaging were prompt and excellent.The installation went smoothly, and I installed it without having to pay the installation fee by watching the video.With the exception of the Geer 4 to 5 slippage, it is smooth to ride and shift through gears.I think it will be challenging for lengthy journeys because the seat is not very comfortable.

After much research online and by visiting various shops, I shortlisted this cycle Urban terrain for my 10 year old son and for myself too. On time cycle was delivered by Amazon via blue dart without any dent/scratch. Thanks a ton for that !Very next day technician visited for cycle assembly and he assembled the cycle. I noticed that back fender fixing showed in the installation video and actual fixing were different. It was not very easy to fix it. Also front fender had some manufacturing defect which we managed to overcome by locally adjusting it. However the main point was with the gear system which showed some issues and the technician was not able to fix it. Due to which I had to take it to the nearest local shop and the problem was resolved. As technician informed the issue to Cult sport team, they had followed up with me many times and it was ensured the problem was resolved or else they were ready for a quick replacement of cycle. Also another positive thing was that they are presently processing a reimbursement amount which I had to spend locally to get the issue resolved. Kudos to the team for showing such positive attitude.Pros1. Good built cycle2. Cult sport team was very supportive. Not even a single time I had to call them for coordination. The team was always there to support and coordinate.3. Gear shifts are very smooth4. Good confidence while riding the cycle5. Dietician Ms. Surya had provided some good suggestions to improve my overall health. Special Thanks for that. Also ensured to support further too.Cons1. Cycle bell is not good. Need to replace with new for efficient use.2. I had to replace the seats as it was not suitable for long rides. New seats were purchased and replaced after few days of purchase.

I received my cycle one day before the rescheduled arrival date on 28 Jan 2024.Pros,1. The packaging was good. No intact to the cycle.2. The cycle quality is good except front fender. Read the Cons section to understamd whats wrong.Cons,1. They lied on free installation. 29 Jan 2024, a customer service girl from cult sports called me and told they will charge Rs.599 for installtion. She also mentioned that the cycle is 90% preassumbled and she will send me a youtube video to assumble remaining 10%.2. The cycle was only 70% preassumbled. The video sent by customer care girl was for different cycle. I struggled a lot to assumble the cycle as I am left alone now to assumble this on my own. I don’t want to pay extra money for these guys.3. Front fender is of bad design. It is too shaggy and at the backside of the front wheel and scratches with wheel no matter how good I fit it.4. This may not be con for many people. But for me, the seat is very hard and thin to sit. It hurts my back even for short ride initially. I am going to purchase new seat now with good quality.Why 3 stars?One star is reduced for cheating me by saying free installation. Another star is reduced for front fender.Anyone looking to purchase this cycle, just consider these things as extra additional cost you have to spend on it.
