Brilliant 200% satisfaction – incredible book absolutely loved every page
For the modern age and mindful types this book is brilliant. I read it and audio listened to it and it’s a highly expert guide to self improvement, coaching and personal growth. It’s particularly brilliant for teens as well as adults. Parents & educators will find it an especially useful tool to support young people, and adults will benefit from the great range case studies and activities included. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10

    Must Read!!!
What an insightful, easy to read book about all the bumps life throws at us! The references and explanations, in reference to the ‘psychological immune system’ and child development (my field of work), will stay with me and enhance the conversations I have with parents about building ‘resilience’ or as Dr Meg Arroll describes it (in an easy to understand way), develop their ‘psychological immune system’. I can definitely resonate with all she describes and am pleased to have found a book that is relatable and very useful in understanding my own phycological/mental well-being; providing me with strategies on how to be Aware, Accept and take Action in regard to this (the triple AAA). I feel after reading this, I will also be more open and understanding of others and the Tiny T’s that make them who they are. Highly recommend to everyone!

    So insightful
A really insightful read that helps you connect the dots of the patterns in your life that may be dancing on the periphery of your awareness. I’ve been on a long journey dealing with trauma and neglect, and this book made me see the Tiny Traumas matter too. It’s got a really clear way for you to navigate through the impact those events have had on you in language that doesn’t make your brain hurt. Highly recommend.
