    Love the mat. It’s the perfect thickness, a lovely blue on both sides and easy to roll and store in the cloth bag it comes in. It also has a good grip and stays in the same spot on the floor while I’m monkeying about on it. Highly recommend buying this for all your exercise needs.

    I purchased this yoga mat with high hopes, attracted by its promise of quality and comfort. However, after just 10 uses, I am disheartened to report significant wear and tear issues. The mat is tearing and showing signs of damage in various places, undermining my overall experience.I had expected better durability from a yoga mat, especially given the price point and the reputation of this brand. The mat’s initial comfort and grip were impressive, but its inability to withstand regular use has left me quite disappointed.While it may suffice for infrequent users or light activities, this mat falls short for those with a consistent yoga practice. I hope the company takes note of these issues and works towards improving the durability of their products. Until then, I cannot recommend this yoga mat for serious practitioners.

    Thickness is sooper, we won’t get pain while doing poses, but I have to say regarding the grip.. for yoga, it’s not a good fit seems like. Even simple poses is also not possible, our hands or legs not getting enough grip, it’s kind of slippery. I don’t know whether the one I got was not good enough, I can see other comments says good grip. Not sure on this
